  3. During the grinding process, minimize the use of grinding fluid and moderately tighten the front and rear rolling bearings to ensure the precision of the front and rear spindles.

  4. After grinding for a specified period, remove the grinding rod, drain the grinding fluid from both the front and rear rolling bearings, and inspect the grinding performance as well as the wear condition of the grinding rod. If the grinding rod exhibits wear, it must be repaired to ensure consistent diameters of the front and rear rolling bearings.

  First, it is the production and processing environment, which is highly precise.   3. If, after performing the above steps, the vibration still persists, you should check whether it’s caused by the floor being too rigid. For example, terrazzo or tile floors are relatively solid, whereas a cement‑concrete surface can be more flexible and may induce resonance. In such cases, how should you proceed? You can purchase several dark gray rubber pads—about 6–10 mm thick and roughly 10 cm in size—from a hardware or plastics store; make sure their dimensions are slightly larger than the base of the equipment. Loosen the mounting bolts, place the rubber pads beneath the leveling shims, and this will provide significant vibration isolation.

  4. If the vibration persists, try switching to a different grinding wheel. If the flange was installed without first balancing it with the counterweight, remove the counterweight and reinstall it. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, replace the flange with a new one; in most cases, this will solve the problem.
