1. Before starting work, you must properly wear all required protective equipment; gloves are strictly prohibited.
2. Verify that the gantry milling machine is operating normally, and ensure that workpieces, cutting tools, and fixtures are securely and reliably mounted.
3. Stopping the machine is required when loading or unloading workpieces, tools, and fixtures, as well as when changing speeds or measuring workpieces.
4. No tools, measuring instruments, or other items shall be placed on the workbench.
5. During machining, neither the head nor the hands shall be brought close. Gantry milling machine On milling surfaces, it is strictly prohibited to touch cutting tools, workpieces, or rotating parts with your hands. When performing high-speed machining, wear safety goggles and install a chip guard. Remove metal chips only with a brush after the machine has come to a complete stop.
6. When loading or unloading end mills, place a wooden board on the machine table; do not support the cutter holder or hold the cutting edge with your hands, and never use bent shanks.
7. The wrench used for loading and unloading cutting tools must be set to an appropriate torque; do not apply excessive force, and it is strictly prohibited to tighten or loosen the tool holder nut or the drawbar screw while the machine is running.
8. When feeding the tool, use the handwheel to advance slowly; do not feed rapidly or forcefully, and do not stop the machine to retract the tool.
