Hydrostatic guide rail hydraulic station

A fixed-difference adjustable flow valve is used to adjust the floating amount of the workbench, so that the floating amount is basically the same under different load conditions, which greatly reduces the power of the main hydraulic station. The system has the characteristics of large carrying capacity, reliable and stable operation, energy saving and environmental protection.

Main tank

The structure is unique, the temperature rise does not exceed 15 ℃, no need to install a cooling device; the system can achieve shock-free commutation, the commutation is stable; the main oil pump motor requires only 11kw of power; the system has stable and reliable, low noise 1. Hydraulic Station

The horizontal grinding head adopts dynamic and static pressure bearing structure, which has high motion accuracy, no wear, long service life, low starting power, high dynamic bearing capacity at high speed, and good vibration resistance. The hydraulic station uses a constant pressure device to supply oil to the dynamic and static pressure grinding head. It has the characteristics of stable pressure, low noise and low temperature rise.

Gantry surface grinder has the following characteristics:

1. The gantry layout is adopted, and the frame structure of the gantry is composed of a bed body, double uprights and cross beams. The static pressure guide rail used in the worktable and the impact-free hydraulic system of the worktable have obtained national patents.

2. The beam is equipped with a carriage and a grinding head. The carriage moves horizontally along the rail of the beam, and the grinding head moves vertically along the carriage. The steel guide rails on the beams cooperate with the dovetail rolling guide block on the carriage to make the guide rails wear-resistant and move easily.

3. Longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic right. Stepless speed regulation and smooth movement.

4. The grinding head adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the grinding head spindle is equipped with NSK precision rolling bearings or optional dynamic and static pressure bearing bush structure.

5. The vertical and horizontal feed movements of the grinding head are driven by an AC servo system to ensure accurate micro-feed of the ball screw, flexible periodic feed, and fast and stable feed.

6. With modular design, the height and length of processing can be increased appropriately according to customer requirements.
